Who will see or have access to your personal information?

We will only provide your personal information to other persons or entities if it is necessary to do so to provide the legal and business services you have requested us to provide OR if we are required to do so by law, by a court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity.

Ordinarily, your personal information will only be seen or used by persons working for Synkronos Legal in the course of us providing you with the legal and business services you have requested us to provide.  We may also need to provide your personal information to other professional service providers who you instruct us or we advise are required to provide us with specialised assistance and advice in the course of us providing you with the legal and business services you have requested us to provide.

Our information systems and files are kept secure from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted service providers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do so
