GREG LITSTER – Principal
Greg has practised in small and large law firms for more than 40 years, focusing principally on Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with special emphasis on corporate and personal insolvency, as well as business acquisitions and sales, structuring, protection and development, locally and internationally.
He also acts and consults in professional disciplinary matters and acts as a Mediator and Mediation Advocate.

SALLY BURDON – Partner
Sally commenced practice in NSW before working in the United Kingdom for an international law firm and several government agencies, including the Saville Inquiry. In Australia she has worked in both boutique and national firms focusing on Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Succession Law in both State and Federal jurisdictions.
Her extensive and varied legal experience enables her to provide pragmatic legal solutions tailored to her clients’ individual needs.

Ian has practised in small and medium sized law firms for more than 40 years providing strategic counsel, investment and fundraising advice to internationally focused private and listed companies, SMEs and HNW individuals.
He is a Private Equity Investor and Company Director and focuses on sourcing and evaluating business acquisitions and sales; managing due diligence, transaction structuring and key party negotiations including identifying and executing exit strategies.

SHONA BEAMES – Solicitor
Shona joined Synkronos Legal in 2019 as a student law clerk and graduated from QUT with an LLB (Hons) and B Bus (Mgt) in 2022. She was admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner on 15 December 2022. Her name is also entered on the High Court Register of Practitioners.
Shona practices principally in the areas of commercial litigation, estates and insolvency.
She also assists Greg Litster to provide corporate and business advisory services.

DANIEL RYAN – Solicitor
Daniel graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Governance, Policy and Political Economy Major).
Daniel has a strong financial background having previously worked as an analyst, financial administrator and auditor. His background provides him the analytical decision making and problem-solving skills to assist clients to achieve favourable outcomes.

JACK BROWNING – Graduate Law Clerk
Jack graduated from The University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (Economics Major).
He is currently undertaking his Practical Legal Training (PLT) with a view to being admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the final quarter of 2023.

Robyn is our conveyancing manager and oversees the day-to-day business operations of the law practice. She also has wide experience in litigation, insolvency, corporate and commercial law.

KARLIE WEI – Law Clerk
Karlie joined Synkronos Legal as a law clerk in 2022. She is currently completing a degree of Bachelor of Law (Honours) at QUT. She anticipates graduating in 2024.
Karlie primarily assists Robyn Forno with residential conveyancing matters.
